Does anyone know? I thought this was a pretty decent show, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching it. But there hasn’t been a new episode in 6 months, and I miss it. :/

I think it was a short series just to try and see how it would work.

That’s sad. When I discovered it, I binged watched all 6 episodes. It was an honest to goodness car loving guy with an annoying sidekick. Unlike Gas Monkey garage, Rutledge just wanted to see the cars of the road again. I mean, that's the premise given, but it was still enjoyable.

Yeah it was a good show. I’m hoping there’s another season.

I liked it too. I think it needed a bigger budget though to reach its full potential that would only be cool for the small niche. I doubt they renew it for further seasons after seeing the budget new TG and the Amazon show are getting. I think it hits the same mark as Wheeler Dealers, but a little funnier.

I agree it was a good show. I know Rutledge has been focusing on filming American Top Gear with the other 2 guys. I don't know if or when there will be a new season of this.

Well research indicates that it wasn't cancelled, yet wasn't renewed...so...

I often wondered how they made money here. It would seem they would be taking a hit, since they do the repairs “out of the goodness of their heart”.
Though of xfinity, each episode is littered with ads....on a paid service...seriously History channel, do your evils know no bounds?

He should do both, as LiT hit a different genre of gearheads, the fixer uppers.

I agree with you I checked fb a week or so ago and Rut said it wasn’t renewed by the History channel it may be renewed maybe on a different outlet like Netflix or something at least that's what I'm hoping for.

Well, it seems he's interchangeable, so we can always find another one.

I’m going to assume that at some point the budget folks said that it was not a winner. basically wheeler dealers except every car was a loss :D
I quite enjoyed it! :D

We should make our own show, better, faster, and stronger.
